Sodha's first book, Made in India, is a staple in my kitchen, and as my household is one-quarter vegetarian, one-quarter dairy-free, I can see this becoming a favourite too. Drawn partly from her Guardian "New Vegan" column, this also has plenty of new recipes inspired by a range of Asian cuisines, including noodles, curries, rice dishes, tofu, salads, sides and sweets.
