"This is an accomplished and life-affirming story from this talented author"

From the first page of a Saunders novel you feel you are in the hands of an experienced pilot who will fly you through an electrical storm of a story without you even noticing her hands on the instruments. If only FC’s private space shuttle was so comfortable. But I am getting ahead of myself. Trouble on Planet Christmas is the sequel to The Great Reindeer Disaster — a perfect read for newish readers who crave funny (but don’t want the smug inevitability of a David Walliams gag), jeopardy on every page, a cracking baddie and redemption.
